Children of the Street is a resource for parents and families that are affected by the issue of sexual exploitation.
Support, information, and resources are also provided to community service providers who are concerned about a child or youth who may be vulnerable to sexual exploitation or is sexually exploited.
Support varies and may be provided individually by creating a plan of care, while also referring families to the appropriate community resources. Parents and families may be referred to the Ministry of Children and Family Development, law enforcement, counseling and other support and intervention services.
If you are a parent or guardian seeking resources or support for a sexually exploited child or youth, please also visit the parent section on our website.
If you are a youth looking for more information, please visit our Youth page.
